About View from the Peak

View from the Peak is an independent thematic investment research service. Paul Krake founded View from the Peak (VFTP) in 2011, following a long career as an analyst and portfolio manager in New York and Hong Kong.

VFTP is published by IND-X Advisors Ltd., a Hong Kong-based firm, the origins of which can be traced back to 2003. IND-X provides independent investment advisory services to institutional investors and sophisticated private investors in certain jurisdictions. IND-X is regulated by the Hong Kong SFC and is a registered investment advisor with the US SEC.

Whilst rigorous analysis of the interconnection of global monetary and fiscal policy, technology, demographics and geopolitics is the cornerstone of our strategic thought process, we also appreciate the constraints of investing in public markets. It is simply not enough to be eventually correct. You have to be timely and protect yourself from the inherent gyration of asset markets. Hence, we strive to integrate our long-term thematic with a dynamic tactical overlay.

View from the Peak strives to be an integral part of your investment process by focusing on investment opportunities that are actionable.
