Customer loyalty will get you further in the long run than having tons of fair-weather customers at the inception of the business, for sure.

Great article! A lot of new business owners don't always think this way. They think they have to always be chasing down new customers, instead of simply going deeper (more frequently) with existing customers. After all, existing, happy customers are usually among the easiest people to sell to.
