@Sandy6 Very true. A negative attitude rarely moves people or teams forward. And like you said, its completely up to us. Plus, people like to follow positive, optimistic leaders.

Number 4 is so important! So many people get into a leadership role and decide that they are the one who should do all the talking. Leadership is about leveraging the skills, knowledge, and perspectives of the entire team to create a greater-than outcome. You just can't do that if you aren't willing to actively listen to what the team is saying and what they feel, know, and see, that you do not.
