To Put the Kavanaugh Accusation in Perspective

This entire thing is about the right to kill kids, not about the veracity of the accusation.

The glee you are seeing from the left and a lot of left leaning "reporters" pushing the "credibly accused" line stems from a world view that can look at the picture above and see a clump of cells worth ripping apart in the name of convenience.

The left is perfectly willing to destroy a man's reputation in order to keep destroying children. They will use a 35 year old uncorroborated, single sourced, 35 year old claim of a woman who first made the accusation in 2012 after Kavanaugh's name had circulated in the press as a possible Supreme Court pick for Romney in order to protect the right to kill girls in utero.

Just remember that. This entire thing is about the right to kill kids, not about the veracity of the accusation.

I agree with Erick's conclusion that the accusations of Kavanaugh's alleged misbehavior are false. But I can't really know for sure. Nor can anybody, except those who were present at the alleged event, if in fact it really happened.

If Erick had Trump's personality, he would probably be sending tweets about an unjust "witch hunt" by "partisan Democrats." Even though Erick is very different than Trump, he also stands up for what he believes and argues forcefully for it.

The reality is that we are living in a world deeply divided over political views. Both sides are guilty of making assumptions that they argue are credible. Perhaps they are. Perhaps they are not. If you want the truth, that is it.

I respectfully disagree. I honestly believe that as long as their is a conservative as president, you will have conservative nominees. I say that to say, Im sure there are many candidates that do not have assault allegations. If the current allegations are false, then he can be confirmed and we can move on. If the allegations are true, then its on to the next person. Justice Thomas went through it and lived to tell the tale.

To believe this poppycock, one would have to look at some "non 'killing kids' scenarios," namely:

  1. If Merrick Garland had had this pop up in his past during HIS hypothetical confirmation, would his confirmation have proceeded or would it have been withdrawn? (Spoiler alert: it would have been withdrawn...if you REALLY think otherwise, I present to you Former Senator Al Franken).

Ironically, in THAT scenario, the GOP would be marching into the chamber with their "#wokebae" buttons

  1. If Kavanaugh were somehow miraculously moderate and a pro-choice GOP nomination, would this still have been the Dem reaction? Also, yes.

"The Left" didn't set this in motion decades ago. If his accuser passed a polygraph, I'm sure no one in the GOP would object to him and his "strike some women like gongs" witness/buddy undergoing a similar test...

If she's somehow lied, then she should be prosecuted, but if he did it, he shouldn't be SCOTUS OR on the appellate court right NOW...

The first real problem is that Republicans want to cut funds for womens health care including birth control and reproduction education that has proven to reduce abortions. It just stands to reason that prevention means no pregancies and therefore no abortions. The 2nd real problem is that Republicans want to prohibit abortion and at the same time cut off the funds to feed and provide health care to the babies whose mothers did not get an abortion. You cant have it both ways! And maybe all of you righteous men should be held responsible also for failing to prevent the pregnancy in the first place.
