The confirmation hearing are more about the Democrats, and Trump than Kavenaugh.

Democrats believe in a, "Living Constitution." They won't separate Kavenaugh from Trump. This attack on Kavenaugh is no more then a delaying tactic. The mid-term elections are playing a part. A delay could be a move to help red state Democrat senators up for election.

Not knowing the accuracy of the political polls, Trump is scaring the Democrats by what he has accomplished. Trump has committed adultry in the past.. Is this any worse then bearing false witness or any sin covered in the tenth commandment?

Kavenaugh has gone through so many for confirmations, that little should be uncovered. Why did't professor Foed come forth sooner?

the problem is not with either trump or kavanaugh the problem is the constitution limits government and they want no one there who will support it
