I would argue the reverse is true for the people so vigorously defending him. They aren't defending him, they are defending their own actions and behavior. This is why they're able to stomach the claims against him - they are guilty of the same things. This is why they pass this off as the follies of a youth - they are guilty of the same things. This is why they claim he's being railroaded - they are guilty of the same things. The sole concern of these people is that if Kavanaugh is found guilty, they will be found guilty.

This is why you're fighting this. Be honest at least.

You are full of crap. Someone can CLAIM anything they want, if there is no evidence to substantiate the claim they might as well be talking out of their arse. If there is malice behind why they are making the claim, then it is slander/libel-- if they take that malice-inspired claim into a court room, or hearing, or before a law enforcement entity of whatever stripe then they are guilty of some form of perjury. While I think Ford's claim is specious at best, I don't think she should be on the hook for perjury. Avenatti's recruits on the other hand, definitely should face charges.

No Donna, I don't support Justice Kavanaugh because I am guilty of sexual assault. I am a woman who is a victim of rape and I support Kavanaugh because there was no corroborating evidence, NONE. But you know this. I AM the victim of rape (something Ford didn't even claim) and didn't report it for good reasons, and don't remember all the details. It happened in the mid-70s. Despite all that, I don't believe Ford's story. She and her enablers had an obvious agenda. I would not bring up my experience at this late date, nor would I expect to be believed, because there is no evidence and no witnesses. The only reason to do so would be to damage the life or reputation of the person who did it, with no proof. No, it isn't fair. But we DO NOT punish people on allegations, but on PROVEN crimes. The law is fair. Otherwise, someone who dislikes you could accuse YOU of something based on lies and you could lose your job or reputation because you MIGHT have done it, even though there was no concrete evidence. That's a road you don't want to go down. Or maybe you do, which in that case means you are a very scary, evil person.

I'll be honest, Donna is projecting. Exactly what she is claiming we are doing, they are doing. It's been that way from the start. If a dem accuses you of something you can rest assured that they are more than likely the guilty party, I have seen it time and time again. I think Donna has something to hide.

Donna Martin is so out there it is breath taking. That mindset must be an terrible burden to carry. I am terrified by all the folks who have no concept of the Rule Of law and it's importance to our very way of life. If we ever accept,as the left would have us do,that an accusation is all the proof you need, this country will cease to be free. Even with the rule of law, innocent people sometimes get convicted. False ,planted proof, false witness's etc. already undermine justice enough. This whole deal was a manufactured Machiavellian plot, and it failed, than God. Now we get to see how crazy and vile the left can get when they loose, yet again.
