Human Trafficking is a Problem We Need to Focus On in the United States

On CRTV, I interviewed both a rescuer from and victim of human trafficking.

The first episode of my new CRTV series has been released and I really hope you will check it out.

I interviewed a hero from Georgia who travels the world helping to rescue victims of human trafficking.  The issue is a growing problem even in the United States.  More troubling, as our borders become more secure, more trafficking victims are kidnapped, American kids.  We need to educate ourselves.

In addition to interviewing a rescuer, I interviewed a victim.  Forced into sex slavery by her parents, she was finally rescued and now helps victims recover.

Every poll shows that trafficking is a huge problem that needs fixing and it does but I remain unconvinced that our government is interested in stopping at all costs. I say this because Arizona shot down a bill to execute traffickers and that tells me they're not serious about it. Not enough to execute them, anyways. But sure, they'll campaign on it.

Erick do you know who heavily engages in human trafficking? Russians. By far the largest criminal enterprise in human trafficking is Russian. Another reason to hate Trump's coziness with the Russians.

Our own first lady is purportedly a victim of this. Trump's modeling agency also has some unsettling allegations levied against it.
