WATCH: Franken, Moore, Weinstein...Maybe God Was Right?

Now it's Al Franken. Yesterday it was Roy Moore. Before them it was Harvey Weinstein, not to mention Bill Clinton, Bill Cosby, Bill O'Reilly and far too many others.

As it turns out, maybe God's idea about sex and marriage wasn't so backwards after all. Here's my take.

Yeh, God was right. Moore was right, also, when he stood up for the Ten Commandments. So, why aren't those who are trying to convict him, around the Republican part of the political spectrum, giving him the pass, instead of the women who have only stories from the past. Something about stories is that they can be made up. Roy Moore's character stands aside him. Are you going to accept a story and be willing to destroy a man's character on something that can be political, itself, and just a story, or would you rather try to apply reason, instead? I refuse to be a part of a lynch mob, until proof is shown of a crime.

Donna C: You are FAR from "old fashioned" if I have correctly read your post. The Sexual Revolution HAS NOT given people more freedom. Where is the freedom for children born not knowing their fathers. Where is the freedom for a girl who has to undergo the perils of an abortion (yes, there ARE perils) and may suffer unknown consequences down the line once she may want children. What about those unwanted children of a casual affair who are shipped around to various foster "parents". And what about the STD's that have grown in number and the consequences having an STD may cause. And the list may go on.

The phenomenon of all the "purging" going on in the world of careless man was beautifully prophesied by Jesus during His ministry and set in print by two of his apostles. Both Luke 8:17 and Mark 4:22 plainly tell us: "For everything that is hidden will eventually be brought into the open, and every secret will be brought to light." Isn't that just what we're seeing? Not only in within the harassment arena, but also within political agendas that are more self-serving than people-serving. Let Jesus do His work here in these end times; He knows exactly how to separate the wheat (upright) from the tares.

Who'd a thought. Great, grounded, rational commentary. And, yes, it's true that Hollywood as a whole is a moral cesspool... but there are a precious few who survive it and maintain their integrity.

The Polanski case has always baffled me. Why the sycophants in Hollywood regularly come to that pig’s defense is disgusting. If you’re talented you get a pass for this behavior?

The same with Spacey. People wanted to “break the news” about him coming out as a homosexual rather than condemn him for raping young boys.
