Elizabeth Warren: The New Senate Court Jester?

Historically the United States Senate–in contrast with “The People’s House”–has been filled with statesmen and regarded as the more civil chamber.

Unfortunately those days are long gone, as the Senate is currently inhabited by the likes of Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Chuck Schumer, and Diane Feinstein. Graham and McCain can’t even treat members of their own party like statesmen, Schumer is a glorified reality TV star, and Feinstein is…well…Feinstein. But even with that deep bench of impressive “talent”, it seems that Elizabeth Warren is well on her way to filling Harry Reid’s old position as the laughingstock of the Senate. Earlier this year she took a shellacking from Ted Cruz over her theatrics in Jeff Sessions’ confirmation process, and now she’s making a fool of herself again.
