ACOSTA: "As to how sensitive this matter is, I will tell you in the moments before I asked the president that question in the Roosevelt room as he was signing that defense authorization bill. The White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders pulled me aside prior to me asking that question of the president and she warned me that if I asked the president a question at this pool spray, she could not promise I would be allowed into a pool spray again. Wolf, this was a direct threat coming from the press secretary to me, warning me not to ask a question. I went ahead and asked the question anyway and the president did not respond. Wolf, we don't respond to threats and we are not going to be intimidated. That did ha happen prior to my asking the question of the president."

Waaah waaah waaah. Being asked to observe protocol and not disrupt a ceremony has this little snowflake whining that he was "threatened". He has evidently managed to avoid consequences for bad behavior in the past, given his shrill overreaction to having to deal with being held responsible for his actions now. Maybe a little time out will teach Acosta that he is not really special, after all, and that rules apply to him as much as to everyone else. "INTIMIDATED !!" Poor melodramatic baby!

But, but, the 1st Amendment! Waaaaaaahhhhhhhh!

stop with the name calling and listen to what the statement implies. Sarah Sanders told him he wouldnt be allowed back to a pool spay if he asked a question. In case you do not know, a pool spray is when the press can shout out questions. what she said was a threat and it is she, who should be banned from the press room.

@eilis you might want to do a simple Google search before you jump into the pool

Pool spray...what an appropriate term for the petri dish in which the mainstream press swims. It is almost enough to make a Creationist believe in the primordial soup theory.

Threat or advising discretion en lieu of possible repercussions? Seems the MSM wouldn't know discretion if it bit them in the S*hole any more :-P

Trump cannot answer questions to save his miserable life. He is a lying dolt.

But, But, But, Hillary! The last recourse of the true Trumptard.

The intelligent thing to do is look at what the person does, rather than how he or she appears. Trump is not a "polished" politician, but I am able to look beyond that and see the accomplishments he has made in the first year in office. Obama is a "polished" politician, great orator, clean-cut, personable who can lie while smiling and persuade many to believe him. Look his accomplishments, if you can find them. He dug the largest financial hole this nation has ever had. We may never balance the books again. His legacy, so the media proclaimed, was Obamacare! It was and is a disaster and most in America now realize that. Some who are accustomed to "freebies" may disagree.

Pressing the "enter key" sure cuts the message! But to continue. On a personal level, the first year Obama was in office my 401k retirement plan lost one-half its value. That was disconcerting to say the least; since I am retired and had saved that money to care for my wife and I during our retirement years. The plan is now moving in the right direction. The media cannot find a lot that was accomplished by Obama, so they spend their time attacking Trump's manner, speech and appearance!

Yeah, in most human interactions there are things called rules. Without them, we are less than animals. If it’s your house - in this case, the White House - you get to set the damn rules. Sarah H-S knew Acosta was that jerk kid who’d smuggle cheap liquor into the birthday party. Like a responsible human being, she gave his punk butt fair warning, and he got kicked out for not complying. Zero sympathy for his whining because he didn’t get different treatment from all the other kids. He should be permanently banned from press events.
