President Donald Trump gave himself a perfect score in how he and his administration have handled the reconstruction of post-hurricane Puerto Rico according to NPR.
"On a scale of one to 10, President Trump said Thursday his administration deserves a "10" for its response to the devastation caused on Puerto Rico by Hurricane Maria. The president said the 10-out-of-10 score was warranted because "it was probably the most difficult — when you talk about relief, when you talk about search, when you talk about all of the different levels, and even when you talk about lives saved. If you look at the number, I mean this was, I think, it was worse than Katrina. It was in many ways worse than anything people have ever seen."
