Qcom has made a parabolic move and at its resistance. Do I read this correctly?

IF for some reason Broadcom were able to convince enough QCOM shareholders that $70 is a fair price, then those who bought in at our original price would have only a slight gain due to dividends. However, those who averaged down even once in the $40's to $50's would already have a nice return with appreciation plus dividends.
