I love Frisco! I'm glad it is growing. My only concern is with all the big companies moving there - like Toyota from California - that will increase the home prices considerably due to competition. Do you think my hunch is right?

It's interesting. Frisco home prices increased 14% in 2016. We believe this will continue over the next year or so. The good news is if you buy now, you should still be able to re-coop what you spend even if you have to pay more than list price now because home prices will continue to increase a while longer. If you wait, you will more than likely be subject to a higher interest rate to go with the increased price causing you to lower your home standards from what you can afford today. https://www.dallasnews.com/business/real-estate/2017/06/16/home-price-hikes-show-sign-let-frenzied-summer-market?utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#link_time=1497681999
