A New Jersey man who stepped out of his home to photograph a mob of cops conducting some type of investigation in a barber shop was confronted, harassed and threatened with arrest.

But Todd Dreyer says he’s a Photography is Not a Crime fan, so he wasn’t intimidated and he didn’t back down.

And he wasn’t afraid to post their photo on his blog along with the audio recording of the conversation he captured on his phone.

You need to turn the volume up, but you can hear the cops demanding to know why he is photographing them if they are undercover.

One cop demands his identification, then threatens to arrest him for taking pictures after Dreyer tells him he doesn’t have one.
