High Tech Thieves Can Get Into Your Car In A Flash

You might be surprised to find out that thieves can use high tech scanners that fit in the palm of their hand to get into your car.

This CBC report shows how people's vehicles are now easily broken into by high tech devices that tap into your car's computer and open it all up, shutting off the alarm and opening the doors up in a flash.

They use range extenders which establish a 2 way link between the car and the key fob in your pocket over a large distance. Solution? Put your key in a signal blocking bag when not using it.

Or they bring a high level scanner, and a blank key and register the key to the car's computer. Which obviously takes longer.

yes, that's true. Any computer system that's mass produced can be easily hacked by a pro

Wow, look at all those Chemtrails at the beach..

An arduino or raspberry pi could easily be programmed to send out all frequencies between a range and surely one of those frequencies would open the car.

Interesting, but truly expected, as any technology can be attacked by better technology, as in warfare

they been doing this since early 2000 for repos
