OK.. I have been working on autos and trucks for around 40 years and this one has me stumped. My daughter has a 2008 Elantra four cylinder that has alternator problems, I have replaced it twice with a new battery each time and they charge for a couple of days then quit. I have checked it with a meter and it reads 14.35 at the alternator and 14.25 at the battery which shows it's charging couple of days later she go's to the parts store to have it checked to make sure it's working they tell her it's not charging I'm confused and would like any help you could give me. thanks.

realize the computer ultimately runs that charging system, it could ultimately have a wiring problem there or a faulty computer circuit. Korean cars are known for weak computer electronics as they age
