I'm experiencing a weird thing here with my 2002 lexus LS430 (192k miles) for almost 6 months after getting gear oil and filter changed.
Every time I start my car after the engine is been totally cooled down - let's say when i start it early in the morning, I put it in D, accelerate, the RPM gauge reaches to 2000 rounds and the car doesn't move, it takes about a minutes and i keep on pushing the accelerator and then very slowing the car starts moving until it gets back to normal and then drives fine. After the engine is warmed up and is restarted the issue is no more there. This happens only every first time I move the car from complete cooled down engine.

P.S. the gear oil+filter has been changed couple of times in the past but never had such problems
