Hi Scotty,
Love your show! I just recently repaired my wives Hyundai AC system, I replaced the compressor, condenser, and expansion valve. Cleaned the lines, purged the system for over an hour, it held the vacuum for over an hour. I charged it and used the proper PAG oil to specs. Currently its not as cold as it used to be, checking the low and high side ( my low side pressure shows 10 PSI and my high shows 150 PSI) this was last night when temps were about 72. SO checking AC pressure charts are saying I may have a plugged system (expansion valve). Could I have any other problems? I replace everything brand new (4 seasons) so the compressor I know should be good. The air coming out is cool but not cold like the day it was fixed. I am not sure if there is something else or should I just take it to the mechanic at this point? I like fixing things but not sure if I am going to be able to work on this one. Could this be a sign that there are other serious issue with the system?

Thanks!

Jason

first , all pressures are low. Make sure it has the correct refrig weight in it first. But if not that, replace the expansion valve and pray
