2006 Sienna EFI system runs after motor shuts down and drains the battery. When I pulled the EFI fuse the battery drainage stopped. My question? What do I do now?

Pray it's a stuck relay on the relay box and NOT a shot main computer. Try a new efi relay FIRST. Good luck

Well... I swapped a relay from the brake lights. They were the same kind. The EFI is still running with the engine turned off. I suppose I can keep pulling fuse and re-installkng it every time! That is not as much fun at -3 degrees than you might think! How could I trouble shoot this AND not go to Toyota? Thank you for the knowledge.
