ipod Nano Case (Knitted)

I am not exactly sure how many stitches you will need to cast on, but just make sure that it is about 1.5 inches wide

by Craftbits (Shellie Wilson)

Or the width of the ipod nano.

What you need

Size 5 needles
A cute button
A needle to sew the sides with
Crochet hook

Continue to just knit down until it is about 7 inches long (or twice the length of the Ipod). After that, continue to knit, but at the beginning of the next row, knit 2 together.

Then knit the whole next row till the end, then knit 2 together at the end of that row. Continue to do this, making a slight V out of the end of the yarn.

When there is only 1 loop left on the knitting needle, switch to crochet hook, making a chain that is about 5 inches long, then cut it off.

Sew the sides together, turning it right side out when you are done (make sure not to sew the V part or the string).

Then sew the button onto the front of the case, about near the tip of the V (the string at the end is used to wrap around the button).

I am sorry if these were a little confusing…when I made this I wasn’t really planning on making actual instructions, so I had to remind myself. I hope you enjoy it!
