Soothing PMS Soap

This DIY soap Recipe is strong enough to help ease the strongest of period pains

And to calm your stress during this trying time of the month.

What you need

2 cups of melt and pour soap
10 drops of clary sage essential oil
5 drops of patchouli essential oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil


Make up the soap using a Melt and Pour Method.

Use morning and night in the shower.

For added relief rub it onto the stomach area in a soft circular motion.

Pour the mix into small soap molds or even ice cube tray so you have a small block to use for the 5-7 days.

This is a strong soap so don’t use it every day of the month or it will loose its healing effects on your body.
