What you need
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
3 tsp of natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp of crushed ginger paste
3 vitamin E Capsules (available from beauty stockists and some Pharmacy or health food stores)
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in the vitamin E capsules if you can not find these use a vitamin E cream.
The vitamin E capsules, ginger and honey help to repair skin damage caused by age or the sun. Lemon soothes and detoxes the pores.
Allow it to come to room temperature and then apply it to your face and allow it to rest for 30 mins or more.
Rinse well with warm water and pat the skin dry.
