What you need
2 Tbs olive or Massage oil
2 Tbs dry beach sand
3 drops of essential oil
Choose an essential oil suitable for dry skin, such as peppermint, patchouli or lavender.
Mix all the ingredients together and apply to the feet, working in a circular motion over dry rough skin.
Allow to soak in for at least 15-20 mins after rubbing.
Rinse your feet with warm water.
