VIRAL VIDEO: Cop Punches Woman In Head On Beach Who 'Didn't Do Anything Wrong'

Video of a woman getting punched by a cop has gone viral.

Wildwood, NJ - Video is going viral which shows a woman being punched by a cop on a Wildwood Beach (video below.)

Along with the video, Emily Weinman posted a confession to at least three crimes while saying multiple times that she "didn't do anything wrong."

The incident happened at around 4 p.m. on Saturday.

We have not yet been able to get the details from the police department, but we are posting Weinman's account of events because it's uncommon for a suspect to confess to numerous crimes while simultaneously claiming that they didn't do anything wrong.

Weinman said that she went to the beach with her daughter and baby daddy, and she brought some alcohol along. Sure, she's underage, but 90 percent of people are underage drinking on the beach "without a doubt," she said.

Two officers arrived, saw the alcohol, and asked them their age. Weinman says that she admitted that they were underage, but hadn't started drinking yet.

She says that they took a preliminary breath test which came back negative.

Then Weinman said that she told an officer, "I asked them don’t they have something better to do as cops than to stop people for underage drinking on the beach, saying to that there’s so much more serious stuff going on."

According to Weinman, the cop replied, “I was gonna let you go but now I’ll write you up.” The officer then asked for her name.

Weinman said that she "did not do anything wrong," so she refused to give the officer her name because "anything could’ve been written down on that paper."

To clarify, so far Weinman has confessed to being underage in possession of alcohol and refusing to provide her information for a citation.

According to Blue Lives Matter's Editor-in-Chief, refusing to identify yourself for a crime usually results in being booked into jail, where you won't be released until you are identified.

Weinman says that the officer then told her that she would be arrested if she didn't provide her information.

She said that she refused again because she "didn't do anything wrong," and the officer had the nerve to tell her that she was under arrest.

That's when Weinman says she backed up and "tripped and fell." After tripping and falling, she says the officer somehow tackled her to the ground and "smashed my head in the sand."

"At that point I blacked out and fought any way possible trying to get up and push him off me," Weinman posted.

The video starts after Weinman started fighting the cops, and shows her kicking the officers as a crowd gathered and repeatedly called for her to "stop resisting."

An officer responded to her assault by punching her in the head twice.

The fight continued as Weinman screamed, "You're not allowed to hit me like that."

"Yes, i know I should’ve gave him my name.. I was partly wrong in a way but I was scared; Like I said I didn’t do anything wrong and anything could’ve been written on that paper, the whole situation was iffy and I didn’t trust it.. especially being aware of the fact of how grimy law enforcement can be now a days," Weinman posted.

"I can say if I took even a sip, then I would’ve gave them my information and called it a day; I’m underage, so I know better. But this whole situation was handled wrongly and blew out of proportion all because these pigs didn’t do their jobs the way they were TRAINED to do so," she continued.

"Oh, did I mention that they didn’t even take the beer (like they’re supposed to since we were underage) and finish getting my friends info?? They obviously were there to stir the pot. I know I’m not the first this happened too and definitely am sure that I will not be the last!!" she concluded.

You can see the video from the incident below:

She wasn't drunk -- she passed a breathalyzer. Moreover, she voluntarily took a breathalyzer for the policeman. She didn't have to take a breathalyzer. She likely volunteered to take it in the hopes of not getting arrested -- which seems like it would have been a reasonable deal. So she took against her own legal interests (eg, sometimes the test is inaccurate and that causes a huge problem for the person who agreed to take it but didn't have to), and she passed it, but then it became apparent that she was going to get arrested anyway. Even before he started throwing punches, this particular policeman was one slippery character.

this woman has a screw loose.

Dumb ass, first you say she passed the breathalyzer, which is wrong, it was a PBT. Then you go on to say that the tests can be inaccurate. Can't have it both ways. If they are inaccurate you can't claim she passed it.

I apologise for referring to a pbt as a breahalyzer. Still that doesn't go to my point. If her story is to be believed then she tried to play nice with the officer and he was being a trickster.

2 hits. Enough with coming down on the police for trying to do their job. Once again this is a non compliant person. The cops did everything by the book. All these people wanting to hold court at the time of the incident. Police are the law do what you are told and you will be fine!!
