UFC announces cast for “The Ultimate Fighter 27: Undefeated”

The UFC dropped some huge news on Friday afternoon when they announced that current UFC champions Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier would serve as coaches for Season 27 of The Ultimate Fighter and then later square off in the main event of UFC 226 on July 7 in Las Vegas.

Both champions, Miocic and Cormier, were most recently seen in action at UFC 220.

UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic scored a dominant decision victory over dangerous knockout artist Francis Ngannou in the main event of UFC 220.

Meanwhile, current UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier scored a second-round finish over surging contender Volkan Oezdemir in the UFC 220 co-main event.

Miocic and Cormier will now serve as coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 27: Undefeated.

The UFC announced the TUF 27 cast on Friday which includes sixteen undefeated fighters who compete in the lightweight and featherweight divisions.
