Hope is not completely lost though, by posting the notice, the repeal is now able to be legally challenged or even overturned by the Congressional Review Act, and the House Democrats have been busy working on a bill. The CRA has mostly been used in the past by Republicans, specifically to overturn Obama-era rules. This bill regarding net neutrality is gaining some traction though and even has Republican support. It is a fighting chance of getting through the Senate.
