Ivanka and Jared sued for 'illegal omissions' on financial disclosures

Despite resigning from “266 posts related to his investments,” Kushner retains most of his holdings

In the complaint filed in the Washington U.S. District Court, health care finance lawyer Jeffrey Lovitky made the claims that the couple, both of whom are White House advisors, failed to declare “the assets owned by 30 investment funds” they have a stake in, as well as, “the value and income” they receive from two other “investment vehicles.”
