James L. Jeffley remarked earlier today:

"When a building burns, inspectors enter as soon as it's safe to determine the cause of the fire. New rules are adopted to help prevent other fires like it from happening. We take swift action to identify the cause and, where possible, hold those responsible accountable. We act to protect property. But when we have yet another massacre, we cant talk about it. "It's too soon." Now is EXACTLY the right time to talk about what to do about gun violence in the US. To those who say "it's too soon," I say "it's too late!" How many more massacres do we have to witness before we demand action? When do we protect people?"
