Nicki Minaj Reportedly Will Not Testify At Her Brother's Child Rape Trial

The 38-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting his then-stepdaughter multiple times.

(AllHipHop News) One day after news broke about the 10-year-old brother of the alleged rape victim testifying at the Jelani Maraj's trial, there are reports that Maraj's sister, Nicki Minaj, will not be taking the stand.

According to TMZ, a source connected to Nicki says she will not be involved in Maraj's court case. The 38-year-old Nassau County resident is accused of raping his then 11-year-old stepdaughter multiple times.

When asked to confirm or deny whether the "Starships" performer will go under oath on her brother's behalf, Maraj's attorney stated, "I have no idea, we'll see."

The 10-year-old boy testified on Monday to seeing and hearing his stepfather sexually assault his sister. Maraj reportedly accused his ex-wife and the alleged victim's mother, Jacqueline Robinson, of attempting to extort the family out of $25 million.
