(AllHipHop News) Mary J. Blige has offered to cover an $11 million debt she and her estranged husband racked up if a judge agrees to end her spousal support payments.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the R&B star is happy to cover Martin "Kendu" Isaacs' part of their debt - as long as she doesn't have to keep paying him as they battle towards divorce.
By law, both she and Isaacs are responsible for over $5.8 million, but she has offered to pick up his debt.
Blige claims she has already handed her soon-to-be-ex almost $800,000 in support and other fees over the last year, and her lawyer feels having to pay support and squash the debt is "grossly unfair."
Isaacs was actually seeking more money in support from Blige last week, claiming he has fallen on hard times since the couple's 2016 split, but a judge ruled to keep the payments as they are.
