Chance The Rapper Named To Fortune Magazine's "40 Under 40" List For 2017

He's the second youngest selection for this year's rankings of the most influential young business people.

(AllHipHop News) Chancellor "Chance The Rapper" Bennett is being recognized as one of the most influential young people in business. Fortune placed the Hip Hop artist on the 2017 edition of its "40 Under 40" list.

Chance came in at #29 on this year's ranking. The publication acknowledged the entertainer for "subverting the music industry’s traditional business model" as well as his monetary relationships with Nestle, Nike, Twitter, and Apple Music.

At just 24, Chance is the second youngest member of the '17 selections. Ethereum's 23-year-old co-founder Vitalik Buterin was also chosen for the "40 Under 40" list (#10).

In addition, Serena Williams (#7), Kevin Hart (#17) and Tristan Walker (#33) were picked by Fortune for the honor.

France's new president Emmanuel Macron landed at #1, followed by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
