Kevin Hart Sued After Security Administers A Beatdown On Fan

A Kevin Hart fan is suing the comedian after he was allegedly beaten up by the “Ride Along” star's security staff.

(AllHipHop News) A Kevin Hart fan is suing the comedian after he was allegedly beaten up by the “Ride Along” star's security staff.

Jay Collins claims he was an invited VIP guest at Hart's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania concert in August, 2015 when he found himself facing off with the star's personal minders.

In his legal papers, obtained by TMZ, Collins recalls being "detained by stadium security,” who then handed him over to Kevin's team, who allegedly threatened to taze him and then reportedly jammed the prongs of the tazer into his face, neck and back.

The minders are then said to have thrown him to the ground and struck him in the head, neck and shoulders, while calling him a "b**ch, p**sy, coward."

It's not clear why Collins was apprehended by stadium security in the first place, but he is demanding over $50,000 from Hart, insisting the comedian has to take responsibility for the people he employs.
