(AllHipHop News) Marion “Suge” Knight is awaiting the February 2018 trial date for the 2015 murder of Terry Carter and attempted murder of Cle “Bone” Sloan. The co-founder of Death Row Records is now being accused of talking about paying for fabricated testimony in the case, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Prosecutors claim to have recordings of Knight, attorney Matthew Fletcher, Suge's fiancee Toi-Lin Kelly, and his business partner Mark Blankenship discussing offering money to witnesses to say they saw a gun in possession of either the victims or others at the scene of the crime.
Fletcher and Kelly denied the accusations. Blankenship said Knight has the right to defend himself and get justice. Knight pleaded not guilty to the murder and attempted murder charges.
